ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT OF THE WVU HOCKEY PLAYERS!

 

Please follow the instructions for ordering below:

 

1) COFFEE CHOICES: You must choose from coffees listed on this page ONLY (www.javajiveroasters.com/wvugirlshockey) as they are labeled for WVU Hockey so that Java Jive knows that the order is for a WVU student to deliver. Should you navigate off the WVU Hockey page, go to SHOP on the menu bar and choose WVU Hockey in the drop down & you will arrive back to this page or copy this link now to paste back onto the URL line if needed: www.javajiveroasters.com/wvugirlshockey. ONLY coffees labeled "WVU Fundraiser" will provide donations toward WVU. ONLINE SALE RUNS 10/30/24 - 11/17/24.

 

2) TAGGING A PLAYER/COACH IN YOUR ORDER: For each coffee choice you make, please ALWAYS choose the SAME PLAYER/COACH if you make more than one coffee selection to avoid confusion for delivery. 

 

3) PAYMENT: All online coffee orders are prepaid with a card or via PayPal. Cash or check orders done in person with a student or parent using the paper form. 

 

4) DELIVERY PERIOD/LOCATIONS/OPTIONS: 

A) If you live within the 20 mile radius from WVU SITES (Waupaca, WI Rapids, Marshfield & Stevens Point/Plover), you may choose free delivery option from a player or coach that you know personally if you reside within their delivery area. If you will be seeing a player/coach outside of your area, please contact them to confirm their availability to connect with you & then contact us at info@javajiveroasters.com about how to proceed with your order as special instructions apply.  Free deliveries are made during 11/22/24 - 12/1/24. 

 

B) You may choose free pick up within 3-4 days at Java Jive’s Coffee House & Roastery located at 120 W Union St., Waupaca, WI. If you choose this option, your order is roasted immediately and then held at the shop for you to pick up. Enjoy 10% your coffee house beverage order on the day you pick up your fundraiser order, just mention that you’re picking up coffee for the girls’ hockey team!

 

C) IMMEDIATE SHIPPING: All paid shipping orders are roasted fresh & shipped by Java Jive within 3-4 business days nationwide.

 

Our coffee is fresh roasted just before delivery. We only use high quality, high elevation grown, 100% Arabica beans & utilize a clean air roasting process with our high-efficiency roaster producing very smooth and delicious coffee. It's a great addition to your coffee collection, but because of its high quality, & it makes a great gift!
